Return & Refund policy

Please allow us up to 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally, orders placed before 13:00 on a business day will be shipped on the same day, provided that card security checks are complete, payment is received, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 13:00 will be shipped on the next business day. Orders received on Sundays or during holidays will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, processing and shipping delays may occur.

Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days for delivery. Orders requiring engraving or customization will also necessitate additional time and will be shipped within 2 working days.

Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties charged by their state government. We cannot predict which shipments will be subject to these fees or the specific amount that may be charged. In cases of refusal, the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Cancellation of Order by User:

You can cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it without incurring any penalty, except for a 4% Bank Charge.

After placing an order, you can only cancel it if the order status is "pending" in your Order History. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team by sending an email with your Order Number.

General Scenario:

If you send a cancellation request and the order has already been "processed" by us, it cannot be canceled. Amazing Shopper Cart reserves the right to decide whether an order should be canceled. By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute Amazing Shopper Cart's decision regarding cancellation.

Cancellation of Order by Amazing Shopper Cart:

Amazing Shopper Cart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, 100% payment will be refunded, and the user will be informed accordingly.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a user mistake (e.g., incorrect name or address, recipient not available, or any other related reason), any extra costs incurred by Amazing Shopper Cart for re-delivery will be charged to the user.

While we take stringent measures to ensure the items are delivered in perfect condition, there is a remote possibility of:

  1. Damage during transit.
  2. Manufacturing defects.
  3. Delivery of the wrong item.

In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement or return is made within the stipulated time frame as outlined below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons mentioned above.

To request a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. We will confirm the return, and you should send the item back to us. Items sent for return or replacement without our confirmation will not be accepted.

Our Return Policy:

Return requests must be made within 48 hours after the product is delivered and must not be for any of the reasons listed above.

In the case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items three times. If delivery is unsuccessful in all three attempts due to recipient unavailability or locked premises, the customer will still be charged for the order.

Refund Policy by Amazing Shopper Cart:

If the item requested for replacement is not available, we will offer suitable alternatives, but the final choice rests with the customer. If we cannot ship the product on time, we provide refunds upon request. A 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or if the vendor cannot ship the products.

In cases where customers demand refunds:

75% of the Order Cost will be refunded if the customer does not want a suitable replacement due to any of the reasons mentioned above.

90% of the Order Cost will be refunded if the customer does not want a suitable replacement due to any of the reasons given above for return.

In the case of a refund, the customer is responsible for bank transfer expenses, and the refund amount will be deposited back into the customer's account within a maximum of 7 working days.
